INTRODUCTION TO THE CONCEPT OF EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION AND

MANAGEMENT

Educational administration is the study and practice of managing the

resources, tasks and communications involved in running a school. On the other

hand , Educational Management. is the process of planning, organizing, directing,

controlling and evaluating to accomplish predetermined objectives of an

institution through coordinated use of human and material resources.

As we read each definition of the two terms, it is indicated that performance of

each institution like our school is very dependent among the two terms given

which are educational administration and educational management.If you want

your institution to be successful its better to follow the two principles. In doing so,

in the end you can also achieve an important goal to be considered, which is

imparting knowledge among the students in an effective way. Educational

management and educational administration is not just the well rounded principle

in an institution also the education given to the individuals or learners.
