MINUTES OF THE VIRTUAL PTA MEETING

(February 16, 2021)

AGENDA:

1. Report on Student Development in terms of performance- based outputs

submitted.
 The outputs that are required to submit are their answer sheet in each
subjects, pictures while answering the module and if they can video of
their performance task. These are the tools used by the teachers to rate
the learning progress of the stuents.

2. Home Visitation and Follow- Up

 Teachers will conduct a Home Visitation for follow- Up regarding the students
status. Parents will be informed regarding the schedule. Adviser are requesting
for the latest address of the parents/ guadians or students.

3. System of Open Communication between and among teachers, students

and parents.
 Common mean of communication I this time of pandemic is through cell phone.
It is agreed that students and parents are need to get updated from the GC from
time to time as well as communication through phone call or text messages.

4. Strict Compliance to Health Protocols and schedule in delivery and

retrieval of modules.
 Using facemask, face shield and implementation of social distancing in going to
school is strictly implemented. Bringing their own ballpen is also a help in
avoiding the spread of virus.
 Advisers are responsible in the distribution and retrieval of modules, so adviser
will give the schedule on when and what time the module should be distributed.

5. Election of PTA Officers SY 2020- 2021

 Since there are only few parents who attended the virtual meeting, those parents
were automatically became the PTA Officers.

6. Other Matters
 Support school activities
Parents agreed to help their children to support monthly activities per subject.
