1: PROJECT SUMMARY

Objective : To save on energy spending across all client facility which is major contributor in monthly
administrator expenses and focuses on renewable energy sources.

Target

Financial benefits : Client can make use of a 55kW solar panels connected to the grid which is connected
to the electrical system. The installed capacity reduces 20%-30% of their consumption.

Environmental Benefit: The solar energy generated has conserved about 93,000 kilograms of CO emissions
since 2016.

Demographic information

Renaissance Industrial Smart City, Bhiwandi is a two-storey corporate facility located in Vashere, Bhiwandi,
Maharashtra, India.

This facility has a capacity of 200 seats for back office process and client service processes and efficiently
provides
services to clients 24*7 in a year. At present there are 100 full time staffs working in the facility.

Energy/ Power information

This facility has a sanctioned load of 55.00 kW and connected load of 55.00 kW as well. The contract demand
(KVA) is 68.75 whereas bill demand (KVA) is 28.00 as of now with commercial rate.

Standard Assumptions
 South facing shadow free area of approx. 100 Sq. /kW is required.
 Area should easily accessible for installation and maintenance purpose.
 The client shall make available, prior to coming into force, full “right of access”, “possession” and
“right of easement” of the site to the engineers and all its assigned labors during the complete tenure of
the contract. The client may visit and inspect site at any time. The client shall ensure to maintain
proper approach to site for smooth movement of men and material.
 Roof/area of installation shall be suitable to bear load of around 70Kg/M2.
 Sunlight will be 6 to 7 Hrs./ Day during sunny days.
 Insurance for safe custody of supplied material or post installation of whole system is in client’s scope.
 Standard height of structure of 1 feet above ground level. For raised structure fabrication cost will
increase.
 The power generated will be evacuated to the LT panel. Thus in Promoter’s perception, setting-up
of the above power plant will go a long way to meet the growing energy demand and also benefit
the state.
