The celebration of fiesta has been a custom of our country for years now.
Its primary purpose lies in continually enriching the culture of our country. It
reminds us of our roots and constantly proves the diversity of the culture of our
country.

On July 4-6, our barangay will be celebrating our patronal fiesta in

honor of Saint Martin de Porres. I am in the belief that an earlier
preparation is important to ensure that everything that is needed to provide
a memorable and enjoyable fiesta is well taken care of. Thus, we would like
to seek financial aid from your benevolent heart. The amount you could
extend for us would greatly propel the advancement of the preparation for
the aforesaid celebration ever onward.

Our method of solicitation is in the form of advertisement, as it has

always been. For your convenience, we have attached a sample of the layout
with this letter so that you may check.

We would appreciate any amount that you could extend for the
advancement of this activity. May the Good Lord shower His Graces upon
your benevolent and generous hearts!
