    Sir/Madam,
    The National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS), Cyber Wing has issued an
    advisory on use of Gmail / Yahoo mail accounts for official correspondence. The
    advisory states that on scrutiny of various Ministries / Departments of Government of
    India, it has been seen that a large number of officials of various organizations are
    still using Gmail / Yahoo mail accounts for official correspondence.

    2. In view of the advisory, all the officials of the above organizations are
    requested to strictly use mail accounts provided by the organization for official
    correspondence.
