Interviewer: Mohit Kumar Manwani

Interviewee: Apurva Saki, Owner of Poorva Coaching Classes

M: Hi Apurva

A: Hi Mohit

M: Since you are a tutor, you must be using pens and pencils very much

A: Yes, it is my bread and butter.

M: Do you face the problem of losing pens?

A: Yes, very often and it is so disturbing in between work to search for pen to make notes.

M: We are trying to introduce a product called Wrist-Pend, which has a pen attached to a wrist band
with a hook. Would you think it would solve your problem?

A: Yes, I think so it would. But the thing is that the wristbands should be comfortable as I take classes for
the entire day and if the band is not comfortable, it would be really difficult to use the product for long.

M: Ok, I will take note of this Apurva. It was nice talking to you. Thank you!

A: Same here Mohit. Happy to help.

Interviewee: Kush Tated, MBA student at SPJIMR, Mumbai

M: Hi Kush!

K: Hi buddy!

M: You must be using pens to make notes for college lectures, right?

K: Yes Mohit, I do.

M: Do you face the problem of losing pens?

K: Yes, sometimes and it wastes a lot of time in looking for it

M: We are trying to introduce a product called Wrist-Pend, which has a pen attached to a wrist band
with a hook. Would you think it would solve your problem?
K: Yes, I think so it would. But wouldn’t it be a problem to carry the pen with a cord? The cord might get
tangled in something.

M: Actually, this cord will be stretchable. So while you are not using it, it will stick to the band.

K: Oh Okay! I think that would be great then.

M: Thank You Kush! Any other suggestions if you would want to share for the product.

K: I think along with a stretchable cord, there must be a hook attached to the band to keep the pen
stable and in case the cord gets damaged, the product can still be used.

M: Yes Kush, that was a valuable piece of advice. We would try to get this feature incorporated in our
product.

Interviewee: Mishka Manwani and Jatin Manwani (Students of Campion School, Bhopal)

M: Hi Mishka and Jatin!

M&J: Hello Mohit bhaiya!

M: How are you both

M&J:We are fine. How are you?

M: I am fine as well. I wanted to ask you if you face the problems of losing pens quite often while making
notes or assignments.

M&J:Yes bhaiya, we do face it regularly. Infact we don’t remember when we used up the entire ink of
the pen. We tend to lose it before that always.]

M: Haha okay! Would you like a product called Wrist-Pend, which has a pen attached to a wrist band
with a hook? Do you think it would help you in keeping your pens with you and losing them?

M&J:Yes bhaiya, we think so. But it should be colourful because what we look for in a band is its
aesthetics. It should have a funky look as well.

M: OK kids, we will try to make the bands look attractive so that the kids can like it. Thank you!

M&J: Sure bhaiya. Thank you. We are looking forward for your product. Please let us use it for free once
it is ready :P
