Balance movements, that is, gymnastic postures, should be done using different body parts.

Explanation regarding to the implementation of the plan


Parents, who have been contacted and informed before, come to the class on the agreed day. First, children
and parents chat and meet. During this time, there are conversations about physical characteristics. Families
tell their children about their profession. Then, movement activity begins with warm-up movements.
Everyone becomes a partner with their parents and paired yoga is done. Afterwards, cooling down
movements are made and children are asked to evaluate the activity and the process.
