ACCLAIM SERIES 10 Fire Alarm Panel provides many flexible choices from basic
conventional (non-addressable) panel to advance hard-wire addressable panel /
systems.

The basic conventional panels are available from 4 to 136 zones. The design is compact, attractive, user friendly and high-
ly scalable. The panels are built with well proven solid state technology for long term cost effectiveness.

Operation and maintenance of the panel are provided with general frontal indications and colour
coded switches. The specific fault indications are mounted behind the front indications.

It is able to work with most conventional fire alarm system (panels &devices) thus allowing stage
by stage system upgrades and eliminate vendor lock-in problems.

AS10-ICM8-1 8 WAY INDICATOR/CONTROL MODULE

The AS10-ICM8-1, 8 way Indicators / Control Module is utilized in the range of Fire / Extinguishing Con-
trol Panel as an extended function for monitoring of remote status and controlling of additional auxiliary
outputs.

The V5-ICM8- is integrated with circuitry for the buzzer resound function upon monitoring status activa-
tion and the reminding buzzer function upon auxiliary control switch activation.

AS10-ACM-1: 8 WAY CONTROL MODULE

The AS10-ACM-1 8 way Control Module is utilized in the range of Fire / Extinguishing Control Panel as an
extended function for controlling of additional auxiliary output. The AS10-ACM-1 is integrated with cir-
cuitry for the reminding buzzer function upon auxiliary control switch activation.

Each auxiliary control switch can be operated either disable function as standard or manual start/stop
function as option. Individual switch LED indicator is provided to notify the activation of the switch sta-
tus.

AS10-ATM-1: 8 WAY AUXILARY TERMINATION MODULE

The AS10-ATM-1 is an 8 way Auxiliary Termination Module. It is utilized as an extension of Auxiliary Out-
puts to control Auxiliary Services; Lift / Fan / Sliding Door, etc. and alarm signal interfacing to Building
Management System (BMS).

The AS10-ATM-1 is provided with field selectable jumpers to select required type of output signal
individually. It is usually connected to front 8 ways Auxiliary Control Module – ACM for disable function
or manual start/stop function respectively.

AS10-SIM-1 :8 WAY STATUS INDICATOR MODULE

The AS10-SIM-1 8 way Status Indicators Module is utilized in the range of Fire / Extinguishing Control
Panel as an extended function for monitoring of remote status.

The AS10-SIM-1 is integrated with circuitry for the buzzer resound function upon monitoring status acti-
vation. The V5-SIM-1 module is utilized as a front module and it is usually connected to the Status

The AS10-SSTM-1 is an 8 way Selectable Status Termination Module. It is utilized as an extension module
to remote monitor the status such as Sprinkler Water Tank High Level / Low Level status, Pump Run /
Stop status, Damper Open / Close status, Smoke Curtain Up / Down status etc.

The AS10-SSTM-1 is provided with field selectable jumpers to select required type of input signal individ-
ually, Normally Open/ Normal Close signal. It is usually connected to front 8 ways Status Indicators Mod-
ule – SIM to indicate the status of remote monitoring status activation signal.

AS10-ASM2-1 :ALARM/AUXILAURY SUPERVISORY MODULE Conventional Fire Alarm System
The AS10-ASM2-1 Alarm / Auxiliary Supervisory Module is utilized as an extension of alarm bell output
or is employed as additional auxiliary output supervision when required. The AS10-ASM2-1 is provided
with 2 alarm outputs, integrated with line open / short supervision circuitry complete with specific fault
indicators provided for each output.

EOLR (6.8K Ohm) resistor is required to be terminated at last device and polarized bells/auxiliary equip-
ment shall be used for line open/short fault monitoring. Line Te-off’s connection is not permitted.

AS10-RTM-1 :16 WAY REPEATER TERMINATION MODULE

The AS10-RTM-1 is a 16 way Repeater Signal Termination Module. It is utilized in the Fire Alarm Control
Panels (FAP) to repeat Zone / Status alarm signal to Repeater panel. Transient surge voltage and over
voltage protection circuitry is also incorporated for each repeat alarm signal.

It is usually connected to front Zone Detection Module ZDM / Status Indicators Module SIM to repeat
Zone / Status alarm signal to Repeater panel.

AS10-LIM-1 24 WAY LCD INTERFACING MODULE

The AS10-LIM-1 is a 24 way LCD Interfacing Module, to communicate with LCD Event Logging Module
LLM for Alarm event signal. It is utilized as an extension module in Fire Alarm Panel (FAP) and Extinguish-
ing Control Panel (ECP).

It can also be utilized as Detector Address Point Termination Module in Hardwire Addressable System.
The AS10-LIM-1 (Main) is applied for first 24 alarm signal interfacing and the V5-LIM-1 (Sub) is applied as
an extension for subsequence module after first 24 alarm signal interfacing.

AS10-LLM-1: LCD EVENT LOGGING MODULE

LCD Event Logging Module (LLM) is utilized in the Fire / Extinguishing Control Panel as an add on feature
to display and record the activated alarm zone information complete with date and time. LLM is inte-
grated with non-volatile memory (EEPROM) to store and record the activated alarm zone event up to
999, it will not be lost even the system total power failure.

LLM is also incorporated with backup battery for real time clock, it will be continuous running

during the system total power failure.

AS10-PSM-2: POWER SUPPLY MODULE

The AS10-PSM-2 is a Power Supply Module work together with external step down transformer to sup-
ply power to the system.

Self diagnosis function circuitry is incorporated to monitor AC Mains failure, supply output low/high
voltage fault , battery disconnect fault, battery low/high voltage fault and charger/battery fuse blown
fault complete with specific fault indicators provided.

The V5-PSM-2 is integrated with voltage regulator circuit and protection circuit for over current, mains
surge/over voltage, battery short and battery reverse connection.

Hochiki's new Photoelectric Detector incorporates a redesigned smoke chamber with 'Flat 'Response
Technology 'enabling it to be equally sensitive to a wider range of combustible materials ,thus removing
the need for Ionisation Detectors in the majority of applications.

New Chamber designed to reduce unwanted alarms and flat response smoke chamber consists of an
LED and photo diode arrangement.

The chamber is easily removed or replaced for cleaning and utilizes an unique baffle design which
allows smoke to enter chamber whilst keep out ambient light.

SLV-24N PHOTOELECTRIC SMOKE DETECTOR

The SLV-24N can be used in all areas where Photoelectric Smoke Detectors are required. The patented
smoke chamber makes the SLV-24N well suited for fires ranging from smouldering to flaming fires.

NS-4 Series, NS-6 Series, HSC-4R or HSC-xxx R Style bases may be used with the SLV-24N. Current inter-
changeable/compatible devices are the SIJ-24 ionization detector, the SLR-24H photoelectric detector
with heat sensor, and the DCD-135/190 heat detectors.

DFJ-90E : Fixed-Temperature Heat Detector

The DFJ Fixed Temperature Heat Detector is suited for installation where high heat output fires are

expected or in areas where ambient condition would not allow the use of other detection methods

(e.g. the presence of steam or cooking fumes such as in a boiler room or kitchen). Consideration

should be given to the maximum normal operating temperature before deciding on the most

appropriate DFJ detector for the application.

DFG-60E CONVENTIONAL WEATHER PROOF HEAT DETECTOR

Model DFG-60E is a 60°C Fixed Temperature Waterproof Heat Detector, the detector uses a bi-metallic
strip to sense temperature change, therefore consuming minimal standby current and providing high
reliability.

The DFG-60E is particularly suited to environments, which are exposed to high levels of condensation or
are hosed down. The detector has a wide operating margin allowing it to respond to both slow and fast
increases in temperature; it can also sense temperature

KAC MCP1A: INDOOR CALL POINT

Installation time and ultimately cost, are of paramount importance to any fire or security installer. The
MCP range directly reflects this need by providing a unique ‘plug and play’ concept designed specifically
to reduce installation time.

All new MCP products utilize a special terminal block, where all initial installation cabling is terminated.
This terminal block is then simply connected to the back of the MCP. Simple, but effective, with no re-
termination required and no time wasted.
