Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP)

APPLICATION, ASSESSMENT & ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE


For New Applicants/Students

1. Submit the electronic copies of all the required documents to eteeap.usjr@gmail.com


2. Check your email regarding the result of the initial document assessment after two weeks. You
will also receive a call from a USJ-R representative.
3. Once advised for the panel interview, provide the required fees for assessment and enrollment.
Then, send a scanned copy or screenshot of the proof of transaction to eteeap.usjr@gmail.com
(refer to USJ-R payment options posted on Facebook and in the university website)
4. Wait for the schedule of your online panel interview and assessment.
5. Follow the advice from the panel on what supplementary courses/modules to take in order to
complete the required competencies of the program sought.
6. Proceed with online enrollment. Fill out the Student Information Form, Enrollment Form, and
Data Privacy Form which will be sent to you via email or FB messenger after the interview.
7. Submit the required hard copies of the documents which are sealed in a long brown envelope.
via courier or drop-off (USJ-R Main, back gate). Addressed it to:
USJ-R ETEEAP
Magallanes Street, Kalubihan, Cebu City
*Please send a notification to ETEEAP once the item has received by the guard.

8. Wait for the confirmation of your enrollment through email along with your Student Number by
the ETEEAP Office.
9.  Done! Prepare for your online modular class session.
