NARRATIVE REPORT
Educators believe that environment plays a big part of student’s learning. And so, if classrooms
are not conducive to learning because of the poor condition and some defective facilities, education is
hindered.

The Deartment ofEducation Memorandum No 12, s 2006 otherwise known as National

Schools Maintenance Week referred as Brigada Eskwela, which aims to prepare the school one
week before its formal opening of classes would put strenghth on how dedicated L National
High School Annex as an educational institutions and how cooperative its stakeholder in
answering the call of time in line with the objective of the activity. This year’s theme is”
Matatag na Bayan Para sa Maunlad na Paaralan”.

______, Principal of L initiated the planning for Brigada Eskwela 2019. Teachers were
assigned with different committees. Opening program was done at exactly 7:30 in the morning ,
with a motorcade around the vicinity of Barangay San isidro as signaled the start of the Brigada
eskwela.

Believing that the community cannot stand without the school, and likewise the school
without the community , we greatly believe that the school is the face of community , thus
most of the people in the Barangay San Isidro even their children working hand in hand to
support the program.
