Controller programming, communication functions and capabilities

The MIK-51 controller is programmed using the visual editor of FBD programs

αLFA "ALPHA" via RS-485 interface or from the front panel. The editor of FBD-programs ALPHA has a program
debugger, a system of logical control of the state of the program, the ability to document programs, print,
present the program in the form of a table, etc.

information between devices and client applications on a PC.
As a client application, for example, a SCADA system that supports the standard Data Access 2.0 OPC data

Function blocks library
The MIK-51 controller contains a library of functional blocks, sufficient to solve relatively complex problems of
automatic control and logic-program control.
The library of functional blocks has the following sections and is given in the table:
Section Section name List of functional blocks
1 I / O function blocks Interface I / O, analog I / O, discrete I / O,
pulse input
2 Mathematical functional blocks Multiplication, summation with scaling, division, square root, absolute value,
integration, delayed differentiation
3 Logical function blocks Logical AND, multi-input AND, logical OR, multi-input OR, excluding OR, majoring, trigger,
register, front selection
4 Functional control units of the Minimum, maximum, moving average, delay, extreme, limit, speed limit, number
program switch, comparator, timer, counter, multivibrator, single vibrator, pulse

5 Functional process control units Filter, scaling, piecewise linear function, analog setpoint, time setting, software unit, real-
time timer, linear parameter change, analog controller, cascade controller, pulse
controller, user panel

6 Functional blocks of delta The regulator is analog with the expanded functions, the delta regulator
regulators
7 Functional blocks of calculation humidity, exponent, natural logarithm, decimal logarithm
8 Functional state control units if, then, the state, the setpoint is discrete, the choice from the set, the choice to execute a
certain part of the function blocks, the detector to turn on the power or run the user program

MICROPROCESSOR CONTROLLERS AND REGULATORS

Some function blocks perform a special task: they connect the controller hardware to the bulk of the function blocks. These
"connected" functional units include: functional units for input and output of analog and discrete signals, functional units for
maintenance of the front panel, functional units for receiving and transmitting signals through the interface channel. The
hardware elements of the MIK-51 controller structure (input and output USO, front panel, interface channel) begin to perform
their functions only after any appropriate functional blocks are used.

Connection of the device

The connection of input and output signals, power supply and interface is carried out by means of one or two (when
using the expansion module) terminal block connectors. The selection of the terminal block connector is made based on the
required type of discrete output signal (transistor, relay, triac or solid state relay output) and the selected expansion module.

The type of connector is stipulated when ordering and is not included in the price of the device.
