K1 Make switch
1.-In all cylinders the pneumatic system starts with a 5/2 valve with its K1 Make switch
K2 Make switch
corresponding actuator. The solenoids are in the impulse circuit that are K2 Make switch

connected in parallel. K3

Compressed air supply

2.-The electro pneumatic circuit starts with a S1 switch or press button, so the signal
begins to travel throughout the first line and the first thing that the signal cross is the
switch roll “B0” (Open) but its close by the second cylinder, then the break switch
“K2”(Normally close), but when its relay power the switch will be open to cut the
current.

II
3.-So the next stop is the relay K1, so when the current activate this, all of
the k1 break switch will be close and open, and since the second line has a
K1 break switch the current is going to pass to the second line , but the half
of the current of the line 1 now lacks current by the press button S1
normally open.

4.-So now the switch of the impulse circuit is also

close and the current will move the solenoid A+ and
the first
cylinder will
begin to come
out of its
place to touch
the sensor A1.

5.-Now the the sensor A1 was activate and all of the switch with roll are close, but also the
k1 is activated but not for much longer. So the third line also has a
switch K1, then the current also can let pass to the third line because
the switch with roll A1 now be close.

6.-As we can see the K2 is already activated and all of its break switch
will be open and close to cut or let pass the current, the switch k2 of
the first line now is open and the current stopped flowing in the lines
1 and 2.

7. - The second cylinder start to come

out by K2, but A- will be triggered
until B1 be activated.

III
8.- Now is A- turn, because B1 is already activated and the circuit
let pass the current to A- to trigger again A0, until A- give the signal
to the sensor A0 the current will let pass the current to actuate the
the third cylinder C.

9.- Now A0 and C1 is already activate, this means that in our electrical circuit the current
pass to the next line because the sensor C1 closed the circuit to travel to the line 5 to activate
the relay K3 and deactivate the current of the line 4.

10.-This means that our relay K3 is now activated and this will make it close our
impulse circuit to activate the solenoid C-, and then the sensor C0 could be
activate again.

11.- Finally the current pass to the next line (12) because our impulse circuit is already close
by the switch with roll C0, and this will make that the cylinder B to retract to activate the
sensor B0 again.
