SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, JULIE PAGADUAN, of legal age, Filipino, and presently residing at Puguin

Conner, Apayao, do hereby, NAME, CONSTITUTE, and APPOINT, REMY BAYAUA,
of legal age, Filipino, and with residence at Malama, Conner, Apayao, as our lawful
attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead with specific powers, to wit:

To be our exclusive Attorney-in fact to represent me for the lease of property,

covered by Tax Declaration Number ____________ located at Puguin, Conner
Apayao, fully describe as follows:

a. to exclusively signed and/or enter into any transactions for the rent of
aforementioned property.

b. to agree with the lease price any proposal for sale and/or to negotiate for
and in our behalf by our Attorney-in-fact.

c. to enter into any stipulations define issues, admissions of facts, and/or

documents, as well as to sign, verification and/or other authorities under
the rules 18 of the Rules of Court.

d. To process, authorized, secure all documents necessary to carry out the

above purposes.

e. To sign in our behalf in all legal transactions pertaining to the authority

given to him and to perform such other functions which are necessary and
proper for and our behalf as well to acknowledge all other documents
signed by us in his favor, which will form part with this Special Power of
Attorney with Authority to sell.

and authorities to do and perform every act and thing in our place and stead as may
be required and necessary to be done with respect to the foregoing authorities and
powers as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally

confirming all that said attorney-in-fact or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to
be done under and by virtue of these presents.
