 Providing support to ensure day to day & online updating of all stores records in Oracle ERP
Package
 Scheduled Supply items status with receipts and issues are monitored on daily basics.
 Ensuring proper identification of Item Code / Job code / group code / Asset code for all issue
transactions.
 Inward Receipt Note (IRN) Preparation and communication with Finance / Purchase.
 Processes receiving and delivery for inventory and non-inventory items purchased by site.
 Handling the contractor or sub contractor ‘s in the company.
 Preparation of daily & monthly material statement, to make the stock valuation, job charge,
capital goods, other than plant& machinery including the hires p&m statement.
 Reporting to management for weekly stock position, raw material, finished goods and
consumable status.
 Ensuring day to day transaction entered in computer.
 Arrange receiving & unloading materials.
 Preparation of good receipt book (inward) & good issue book (outward) ledger for stock
material.
 Preparation of daily consumption of materials & updating the stock of records.
 Preparation delivery challan & gate pass. Out going articles.
 Follow – up of procuring materials to supply the materials to customer in committed time.
 Arranging transportation for the frequency of the materials movement in time.
 Close monitor of stock receipt & issue to maintain accuracy in book keeping.
  Supervision of updating of store record on daily basis to maintain accuracy.
 Preparing the receipt notes and purchase notes for day to day updating in accounts.
 Follow up procuring materials to reach early at site.
 Physical verification of stock with the store ledgers for every monthly reporting to site office.
 Ensuring proper storage and safety arrangement to minimise loss / damage of materials
