Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), India’s biggest state- owned oil and gas corporation, is the Anchor Tenant with the refinery under operation. The project has committed feedstock comprising of: Paraxylene – 200 KTA Polypropylene – 700 KTA Petcoke – 1250 KTA Mono Ethylene Glyco – 400 KTA Investment Integrated Petrochemical Products such as Polyester Chips, Opportunities Fibres, PET Bottles, PET Chips, Sheets and Thermoforming Industrial Distillates Research & Development Development of Infrastructure Connectivity The region is 2.5 km form NH-5A and 3 kms from SH-12 Railway head is already present at Hardaspur within the region. The region is 120 kms from Bhubaneswar International Airport. The region however has a proposed airport to be built within the zone. The region is situated adjacent to Paradip Port Proposed The Government ensures 24/7 power supply, which is Infrastructure estimated to require 2000 MW of power. 650 MLD water supply will be met by a perennial river source 5 MMTA Gail terminal and 5MMTA IOCL terminal will be developed as part of the region.
