NOTICE
Sub: Ph.D Course Work Examination, 2021 (Special)

1. The candidates appearing in Ph.D Course Work Examination, 2021 (Special), scheduled to be held on
23/06/2021, after persuing Special Course in Research and Publication ethics shall enroll themselves at
www.nbuexams.net by inserting Examination Form numbers available at the concerned website Instead of
Registration Numbers with a payment of Rs.1000/-(One thousand only) by using Debit Card/Credit Card/
Internet Banking during 18/06/2021 (4:00 P.M.) to 21/06/2021 (4:00 P.M.). They are to upload one recent
passport size photograph while filling in the examination Form.
2. The candidates shall download their admit cards from the website of the Examination Branch
(www.nbuexams.net) on 22/06/2021 (from 12:00 noon onwards).)
3. The question papers for the online examination shall be available at www.nbuexams.net on 23/06/2021 at
12:00 noon. The candidates shall submit their written answer scripts online by mailing to dirhrdc@nbu.ac.in
on 23/06/2021 within 4:00 P.M.
4. The students shall download the first page of the answer script of the examination from www.nbuexams.net
and submit the answer scripts writing in A4 size papers along with downloaded first page of the answer script
filled with Roll Nos., Registration Nos. and Paper etc. to dirhrdc@nbu.ac.in on 23/06/2021 within 4:00 P.M.
5. The students must create a single PDF file of the answer scripts of each examination strictly maintaining the
following guidelines: 1) Each page of the answer scripts should contain the page sequence (number) 2) File
format should be in PDF format only, 3) File size should not exceed 12 MB, 3) File name should be in the
following format - Roll No – Paper Name.
