NOTES
1) Increased M Alkalinity causes excessive fouling of tubes and reduction in output of the
equipment.
2) Higher chloride level than specified in circulation causes tubes failure.
3) Higher sulphate level (Sulphuric acid ion) than specified in circulation causes tubes failure.
4) Ammonium ion exceeding the recommended level is detrimental to copper tubes.

5) Blow down of the cooling water in circulation must be carried out to maintain the cycle
concentration. We strongly recommend cooling water treatment if your water quality is not
meeting the recommended standard.
