Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with Senior Managers to discuss on projects budgets, potential
risks of projects and completeness of documentation
- Preparing procurement packages to be tendered and successfully calling for
quotations from more than 3 sub-contractors for procurement packages
- Preparing pre-qualification and tender documentation including bill of quantities
and matrix of responsibilities
- Conducting pre-qualification evaluation of 3 or more sub-contractors and prepare
quotation evaluation report.
- Conducting meetings with sub-contractors on commercial and technical
clarification to resolve disputes
- Working with contracts (PWD 203A) and explaining the contract terms with sub-
contractors
- Negotiating price of quotation with sub-contractors before finalizing
recommendation to award packaged
- Preparing Letter of Award to sub-contractors
- Preparing Purchase Requisition Form and liaise with technical team for any
required purchase
- Administering Purchase Order and Delivery Order of materials for the project
- Monitoring and controlling cost expenditure for purchase of materials and services
- Preparing payment claims to Purchasing Department
