Sub: Request For Consideration On Lower Pass Mark of SC/ST Candidates For DQE of CS To SCS, or Re-Conduct of DQE and Hold The DPC Grade of SCS Until

for your kind perusal and necessary action.
Refer to DGM(HRD)Ty memo no. 44/2021 dated 06 May 2021. The result given by the authority
for the petitioners it shows biased approach on me as because since 2000 onwards SBC (V) management
conducted various grades of DQE. Every time the result announced by the management almost more than
95% are qualified but now appeared to as CS to SCS result published on 07-05-2021 only 33% are qualified,
this is very unfortunate and unfair to the employees.
For reserved vacancies, separate interviews for SC/ST candidates should be held on a day or sitting
of selection committee other than the day or sitting on which general candidates are to be interviewed so
that the SC/ST candidates are not judged in comparison with general candidates and the interviewing
authority/ Board is/ are prominently aware of the need for judging SC/ST candidates by relaxed standards.

If I got CS promotion in 2013 earlier I may pass in the examination and got chance for DQE grade
of SCS at least 5 times till to date, In the court judgement clearly said all consequence benefits to the
petitioners
I am senior and will definitely get SCS promotion if qualified in DQE. I have completed ____ years
of service without any remarks. I appeared to DQE in the situation of entire SBC staff is in low down
position due to COVID-19.
It is my humble request to the management to please re-conduct the DQE which held on 22 April
2021.So kindly hold DPC for the grade of SCS until.
