FOOTBAL PROBLEM:

Attacking 7,8,9,10,11 give space and time for defending opponent to pass from defending third to middle third.

SESSION OBJECTIVE/FRAME:

Win possession as quick as possible to create goal scoring opportunities

PASSING PRACTICE ORGANISATION

Equipments

1. Ball X 1 and markers X 4 / station

4 EXPLANATION

 Setup : 10 X 10 Diamond (set up two areas if there is not enough

player actions. Organization ball starts with player 1. Player 1 passes
to player 2. While the ball is travelling player 3 sprints to press
player 2. Player 2 then plays to player 4, a player from 1 sprints
across to press 4 etc. Pass to the right, move to the left. No contact.
1  Include the GK’s they can use their hands or feet.

 Set up two practices, with 8 players in each practice, if there is too


much waiting time.

PROGRESSION

 Increase pace of the passing players

 Take out all markers
