Evaluating the operational system in Hospitals to enhance patient welfare.

The project identifies and helps solve various concerns in Health centers that
can improve the quality of recovery among patients
The project will address major concerns like issues across the major
departments of the Hospital/health centers and also address events that had
a significant impact on patient well being and recovery time.
The project aims to increase the patient recovery rate by improving the quality
of the service offered in the hospital/health centers.
1. Improve customer relation with inpatients and out patients.
2. To provide tools that will improve the service offered.
3. To provide resources to help with ease in functioning of various
departments in Hospital.
4. Life cycle of the project is 18 months.
Hospitals might face issues with effectively using the already available
resources and fail to provide better service to patients.
