(MONTHLY RENT)
Dear tenants, to provide you with a pleasant experience during your stay with us, read the detailed
terms below about the monthly room rental at Bacalar Sunrise Villa.
1. Room features:
The room is equipped with what is detailed below.
Upon check in, each item will be reviewed to preserve the state with which it was given:

• Pot • Tableware • Electricity stove
2. Shared areas:
Here we introduce you the common areas, however, personal property and safety is the tenant
responsibility.
• Access to the lagoon (for safety reason, recommended from 7 am-7pm)
• Shared kitchen : Including stove, microwave, sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, water boiler,
toaster, kitchenware and tableware (Please keep clean and wash the dishes after using)
• Shared living room : Table game, TV, share laptop for watching the channel
• Large Garden • Parking area
• Kids area ( Parents have a responsibility to keep their children safe )
• If you have pets, tenant have responsibility to take care of them and Keep the environment
tidy
After cooking, if the dishes or pot have a lot of oil, please drop to the garbage can instead of washing
it directly in the sink ( Because of we using biodigester system)
6. Schedules:
In order to safeguard the integrity and safety of our guests, the door of the property is open from 8
am to midnight. Remote control will be provided to open and close the door when necessary. (If you
return before 12 pm, keep the door open. Close the door if you return after 12 pm)
7. Price and expenses NOT included:
The price of each room with the admission of __1~2_ people , $ _12000_ pesos per month, you must
also leave a security deposit equivalent to the two month rent ($ _24000_ pesos) that will be
returned when you check out and we verify that the department is in the same condition as it was
delivered.
8. Charges:
• If the room key is lost, a charge of $ 100.00 will be made.
• If you lose the remote control of the port, you will be charged $ 1500.00. You will be asked for
$ 1500 of guarantee deposit for the control of the door, (it will be returned when you leave
the accommodation)
• If it causes any damage to the facilities, the security deposit will be deducted.
9. Free kayaking:
In order to provide the guest with a pleasant experience of the site, we offer the following services,
any damage caused to the equipment provided will be deducted from the security deposit.
• We offer 5 hours of free kayaking and paddle board per month, and free bike every month.
• This offer is only for the tenant, not for his visitor (the visitor can rent the equipment at any
time).
