is abandoned for failure to file a Responsive Action to a Registrability Report

2. With all due respect to this Honorable Office, the undersigned

applicant did prepare a Responsive Action which is attached herewith for easy
reference. The undersigned applicant believes in good faith that he filed the
Responsive Action through this Honorable Office’s online filing in its website:

3. However, the undersigned applicant cannot ascertain whether indeed

this filing went though as he has no confirmation of receipt in his email or files.

4. As such, the undersigned applicant begs the indulgence of this

Honorable Office to admit the attached Responsive Action and considered it duly
filed and allow this Revival of Application without cost.

5. Should this Honorable Office determine, however, that there was no

online filing done, the undersigned applicant is willing to pay the necessary fees
for this revival.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, the undersigned applicant
respectfully pray:

1. For the revival of the application without cost provided that if this
Honorable Office confirms that there was no Responsive Action filed,
the undersigned shall pay the cost of revival;

2. To consider the Responsive Action due filed; and.

3. The trademark registration of the instant mark.
