SUBJECT : Spot Report re: Violation of RA 9165 (Buy-Bust Operation)

DATE : February 24, 2021

1. Reference: PDEA Coordination Number 50000-045678-0123.

2. Please be informed that at around 8:00 o’clock in the evening of

February 24,2021 this Unit led by PLTCOL GLENN C GONZALES, Deputy Chief,
SOU 3 under the supervision of the undersigned together with elements of District
Drug Enforcement Unit (DDEU) Quezon City Police District (QCPD) under , PCOL
MARK SAMUEL R MULLET, DDDO-QCPD and PLTCOL AARON C ARDIENTE, OIC,
DID-QCPD; Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) under PCOL MARTIN M BARREDO,
COP, PS 7 Cubao; and PDEA NCR conducted a drug buy-bust operation in front of
main avenue Cubao between Shell and Petron avenue right across Edsa near SM
Hypermarket, which resulted in the arrest of Mayo aka “Nigerian Nigthmare”
Gascon, 29 years old (DOB: September 6, 1991), Nigerian National, married and
resident of Ridgewood Towers Taguig, Carlos P. Garcia Ave, Taguig, Metro Manila.
Aforesaid allegedly drug suspect delivered and handed over to police poseur buyer
One (1) hot sealed transparent pack containing white crystalline substance
suspected to be Methamphetamine Hydrochloride and likewise, the poseur buyer
handed over to the suspect two (2) pieces one thousand peso bill (PHP 1,000.00)
dusted money.
Furthermore seized from his possession were two (2) large green plastic with
Chinese characters containing white transparent plastic weighing approximately two
(2) kilos of white crystalline substance suspected to be Methamphetamine
Hydrochloride commonly known as "Shabu" with an estimated Standard Drug Price
of Php 13,600,000.00. Cash bills were seized, including two (2) PHP 1,000 peso bill
dusted money bearing serial numbes NF897187 and SL28748; Black Toyota Altis
with plate number XNZ421 and 1 caliber 45 pistol.

3. Markings and Inventory of recovered pieces of evidence were immediately

conducted at the place of arrest duly witnessed by Mr. Teodulo Santos, Barangay
Captain of Brgy. Socorro, Mr. Jojit Baltazar of Saksi Ngayon, National Tabloid and
Mr. Eric Drew of Hataw Dyaryo ng Bayan.

4. The confiscated evidence will be turned-over to PDEA Crime Laboratory,

NIA Road, Barangay Pinyahan, Quezon City for initial examination while the
suspects will be brought to SOU 3 office for further investigation, documentation for
filing of appropriate complaint.
