AIM: To visualize the health care data using Tableau software

THEORY:

Tableau is a powerful and fastest growing data visualization tool used in the
Business Intelligence Industry. It helps in simplifying raw data in a very easily
understandable format. Tableau helps create the data that can be understood by
professionals at any level in an organization. It also allows non-technical users to
create customized dashboards.

Data analysis is very fast with Tableau tool and the visualizations created are in
the form of dashboards and worksheets.

The best features of Tableau software are

 Data Blending
 Real time analysis
 Collaboration of data

The great thing about Tableau software is that it doesn't require any technical or
any kind of programming skills to operate. The tool has garnered interest among
the people from all sectors such as business, researchers, different industries, etc.
DESIGN AND PROCEDURE:
1) Download and install tableau software in laptop and open it.

2) Open a new file and upload the excel file.

Download and upload in tableau and connect the excel in tableau.

Add longitude and latitude in the columns and rows and we generate a world map

Pick and drag date and place in pages and keep the option as exact date option.

Take sum of cases and country in marks

Edit the color, size, label (if uses) for the sum of cases.

And edit the country map like, satellite view, terrain view, dark mode, and land and water with
boundary mode.

6) And the final outcome is

OUTPUT: -

When we see right side there is date option when change the date or we make the slide show
of date then the cases will be shown on the map.

3) In first worksheet add day in column and sum in row

And sum and collect in marks

Take the view according to the requirement

We keep normal graph and display only highest and lowest of the values.

Make the title as no of flights.

4) Now take the 2nd worksheet and add the sum in filters.

And edit title as most no. of flights

Make the display to be in center

5) Now take 3rd datasheet and day in column and date in filters

Take sum in marks

Make title as no. of flights and display date

Make the value in the center as the visualization.

6) Now in 4th data sheet add sum in columns and grouped data in rows

We get all the routes but we display only top 5 of them.

And make title as top 5 routes

7) Now we take 5th datasheet and add avg distance in columns and grouped data in rows.

We get all the data we only take the top 5 of them

Make the title as top 5 avg distances.

8) Now take the 6th datasheet and add longitude and latitude in columns and rows.

Create add sum and routes in datasheet.

9) Now add the all datasheet in dashboard

Make all the datasheets in correct size to look good.

Result:

We successfully created a datasheet for healthcare and traffic for and easy
analyze and easy data visualization.
