DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE

The purpose of this update is to add the SC414094RP25C device that

was
not included on the original PCN 5325. All other information and
affected parts remains the same as orginially published on PCN
5325.
The only difference between this addendum and the original PCN 5325
is
the addition of the part number SC414094RP25C. The original PCN
5325 with a last buy date of December 30, 2000 and last ship date of
June 30, 2001 remain unchanged and apply to this addendum. This
notice affects only the customer(s) buying the SC414094RP25C part
number. All other customers buying the 68020/EC020 and 68030/Ec030
in an RP package should have received PCN 5325 in December 1999 -
 January 2000 timeframe. Customers should provide Motorola with last
buy requests if they have not already done so.

* Replace RP with the 68020FC (PQFP) or 68020FE (CQFP)
