AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, JON MARI Z. SIA, Filipino, of legal age, with office address at

G/F Senior Ivan de Palacio Bldg., 139 Malakas St., Diliman, Quezon City,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose
and states that:

1. I am a lawyer from The Law Firm of Habitan Ferrer Chan

Tagapan Habitan and Associates, with office address at G/F Senior Ivan
de Palacio Bldg., 139 Malakas St., Diliman, Quezon City;

2. The said Law Firm is the counsel for accused Amelita S.

Navarro, where Atty. Rodolfo V. Tagapan, Jr. is the lead counsel, in the
case entitled People of the “Philippines vs. Amelita s. Navarro, et al.”,
docketed as SB-17-CRM-0635, pending before Sandiganbayan Fourth
Division;

3. On November 26, 2019, accused Amelita S. Navarro, through

counsel, filed a Motion for Leave to travel Abroad to the United States of
America from December 10, 2019 up to January 17, 2020;

4. I hereby undertake that Amelita S. Navarro will return to the

Philippines on January 17, 2020, in compliance with the conditions of her
travel;

5. I have read this undertaking and acknowledge that I have

freely and voluntarily executed the same.
