1. Goods/trims should be exactly as per PO qty.

2. Goods/trims if rejected, will replace within 2-3 days and rejection will pick up in the same time from OC warehouse.
3. Debit-note settlement within a week.
4. Goods/trims should be deliver with original Invoice not Challan.
5. OC Purchase Order No. should be available on each Invoice.
6. Commercial Invoice Delivery Address should be same as OC Purchase Order.
7. Complete description should be mentioned on Invoices.
8. Please confirm receipt Purchase Order and send back to us signed copy with the accepatance of all terms and conditions.
Note :- In the event of dispute, the Jurisdication for the arbitration will be Gurgaon (Haryana), India and matter relating o the
dispute may also be referred to Forum of Consumers rights in India at the discretion of the buyer.
9. Transit insurance for the goods moved under this order both from the company as well as from the beneficiary of this
document is covered by Orient Craft Limited vide policy no.0830001816 issued by Tata Aig General Insurance Co. Ltd., New
Delhi.
10. All dispute relating to this purchase and/or Job Order and Goods/Job covered by this purchase and/or Job Order are
subject to courts having jurisdiction at Gurgaon, Haryana and by supplying goods and/or providing jobs under this purchase
and/or Job order, supplier of Goods and/or Provider of Service is specifically agrees to this notwithstanding whatever
contained in Invoice, Performa Invoice or any other documents of the supplier of goods and/or service provider in this regard.
