 Corporate Strategy: You have experience in contributing to the companies operations and
commercial strategy

 Plant Strategy: You have been Translating, implementing and executing a corporate strategy
within local plant and in this contributed to the development of the strategy on a level higher, in
line with Operations strategy and policies

 Production: You ensure planning and execution of production processes within the plant in a
technically sound, long-lasting, safe and environmentally acceptable manner and production
objectives against specifications are realized, in line with the plant strategy and production
policies / procedures
Xxx

 QA / QC: You Ensure planning, execution and quality assurance/control within the different
production lines within the local plant, in line with HACCP / BRC guidelines and regulations in
close cooperation with Corporate QA/QC
Xxx

 Technology: You ensure the development of technical equipment, systems and production
techniques and methods by participating in projects and proposing alterations, in addition to
corporate SVZ production techniques and methods
Xxx

 Supply Chain / Logistics: You ensure optimal running internal (and external) warehousing and
logistical work processes and systems by periodically consulting with Corporate Supply Chain to
evaluate, define and report progress, in line with the annual plant production plan and corporate
SVZ strategy, policy and guidelines

 Finance & HR: You ensure planning, execution, reporting and advice on finance, control and HR
(administration) for the plant organization, in line with the corporate finance & HR strategies,
planning, policies and compliance to local requirements
Xxx

 Operational Excellence: You Identify and evaluate bottlenecks in processes, techniques and
systems, make suggestions for improvement and ensure implementation after approval
Xxx

 People Management: Ensure staffing, lead, coach and appraise employees and develop
employees, ensure staffing and stimulate talent(management), in line with corporate SVZ HR
policy, procedures and guidelines

 SHE: Implement SHE policies and procedures, in line with corporate SHE policies and systems,
and meet regulatory requirements in guaranteeing the safety and quality of plant processes the
work environment

2. Candidate meet following requirements

 You possesses a Master or Bachelor degree in preferable Food Technology


Xxx

 You have 5- 10 years’ experience managing food production location


Xxx

 You have International management qualifications


Xxx

 You possesses good communicative skills, people manager


Xxx

 You showed strong leadership skills, independent thinking, organizational and project
management skills
Xxx

 You possesses a high stress tolerance


Xxx

 You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills


Xxx

 You have advanced knowledge of MS Office and other software packages


Xxx
 You are fluent in Spanish and English
Xxx

 You have a continuous Improvement Mindset


Xxx

 You are prepared to travel (mainly out of season)
