AKTU INTERNSHIP PROGRAM 2020

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, U.P., Lucknow invites application from
students for AKTU Internship Program. Candidates are required to apply for AKTU
Internship Program through AKTU website on or before 23rd August 2020, 11:59
PM.

Eligibility: Students from affiliating/ constituent institutions of AKTU, graduating in

2020 in B. Tech. CSE, B. Tech. IT and MCA program, are eligible for the Internship.

Expertise Required: Candidates must have their expertise in App Development

(Android) or Software Development (PYTHON/ PHP/ ASP.NET Core, ANGULAR,
MOODLE).

Duration of Internship: Duration of internship is 06 months.

Selection and Mode of Application: Candidates shall apply for AKTU Internship
Program throughout the year through AKTU website. However, last date to apply for
first phase of the session for AKTU Internship Program is 23rd August 2020, 11:59
PM.
Shortlisted candidates shall be informed about date and time of written exam and
interview. The selection shall be based on the recommendations of an Expert (Selection)
Committee that will be constituted by AKTU.
Candidate shall receive any update on his/her email id. However, candidate must also
check the website of AKTU periodically for updates.

Application Process: A candidate seeking for AKTU Internship Program must fill the
online application form through the website of AKTU. General instructions for filling the
application form are given below:
• Fill correct details in the online application form through the website of AKTU.
• Select Domain and Sub Domain as per your expertise.
• Upload valid documents (CV, Internship, Projects and Achievements etc.) against
all the statements mentioned.
• Identify a problem statement. Upload Pdf file containing problem statement, flow
diagram and URL of GitHub/GitCode for your own implemented code in selected
Sub Domain

 • While filling the application form, all the original documents, claimed by the
candidate, shall be verified at the time of interview. However, authenticity of the
documents shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate. During the verification
of the documents/certificates or at any stage, if any information given by you or
any claim made by you in your online application is found to be false, your
candidature will be liable to be rejected.
• University may seek clarification from the student regarding any such documents.
• No modification/ amendment/ alteration shall be allowed to carry out after last
date of application.

Duties of Intern:
i. The Intern has to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time.
ii. The intern may be required to participate as a team member in the project
assigned by mentor.
iii. The Intern is expected to work for the well-being of AKTU.
iv. Maximum 06 Casual leaves during the whole internship program may be given to
intern in genuine circumstances.

Stipend to Intern: Intern shall be paid stipend of Rs. 15000 per month during the
assignment. (Maximum duration of the internship program is 06 months).The intern
must seek satisfactory work report from the respective mentor before the release of
the stipend.
