RefPower Srl is the exclusive distributor of RefComp
compressors and spare parts in Italy and Europe since
2014. Beside current models, also the compressors of the
old series M/F/OF/L can be provided along with their
genuine spare parts.
A wide permanent stock of standard compressors and
spare parts is available in the warehouse located in
Lonigo (VI).

All compressors are fully tested before delivery (electrical

and thermodinamic test).

Beside RefComp compressors, our services can also be exten- ded to other
manufacturers’ products, including single-screw and Turbocor centrifugal units.
Preventative Maintenance

Extraordinary maintenance on
RefComp compressors
RefPower intends to offer some contracts of Extraordinary Maintenance, on
RefComp screw compressors, not only with the intent to repair the compressor
but also to regenerate it to the performance levels of the beginning.

The activities that we propose derive from our experience and these include
different technical interventions according to the type of failure of the
compressor:

1. General Extraordinary Maintenance

2. Electrical Extraordinary Maintenance
3. Mechanical Extraordinary Maintenance

All the reparations are performed using exclusively Genuine RefComp

components.
General Extraordinary Maintenance
The intervention of General Extraordinary Maintenance on the
compressors includes the following activities and components:

 Oil replacement (generally POE 170)

 Replacement of the bearings kit
 Oil filter kit
 Gaskets kit
 Test
 Package
Electrical Extraordinary Maintenance

The intervention of Electrical Overhauling on the compressors

includes the following activities and components:

 Oil replacement (generally POE 170)

 Replacement of the electric motor
 Oil Filter Kit
 Gaskets kit
 Test
 Package
Mechanical Extraordinary Maintenance
The intervention of Mechanical Overhauling on the compressors
includes the following activities and components:

 Oil replacement (generally POE 170)

 Replacement of Bearings housing support that is formed by:
 Male and Female rotors
 Bearing support
 Bearings kit
 Oil Filter Kit
 Gaskets kit
 Test
 Package
On site Service over Industrial Compressors
RefPower provides a qualified and comprehensive support on all Screw compressors which include,
among the others:
> Preventive maintenance of compressors with genuine spare parts, according to specific maintenance
plans
> Overhaul and repair of compressors with a 12 month extended warranty
> Intervention at the installation site, finalysed to compressor’ operation monitoring and repair

RefPower’s technicians are always available to perform analysis and reparations on site, in Italy and
abroad, on compressors in order to:

 Evaluate the status of the installed compressors

 Analyse the problems and prepare the reports
 Do reparations

The intervention demand has to be made with all the compressors data (serial number) and with a
specific request (ex: analyse, reparation or replacement).
Our technicians have to be assisted by the customer’s refrigeration engineer in order to correctly do the
activities.
Technical analysis of the damaged compressors
RefPower’s technicians, thanks to the multiannual skills in the planning, production and reparation of
RefComp compressors, perform detailed diagnosis and technical analysis always accompanied by a
documentary report (with pictures, analysis and final valuation) for the customer.
The analysis activity can be an end in itself, and thus not followed to any reparations or supplies. The
analysis activity is also performed on industrial compressors with alternative brands (not only RefComp)

In case we will proceed with the reparation or supply of a new compressor, the analysis costs are not
charged and in the commercial proposal an extra discount is also always considered in case we receive
back the old compressor.
If needed, the possible demolition costs are at RefPower charge.

Regarding the compressors with RefComp brand, we would like to point out that all the reparations are
done by using only genuine parts and respecting the working procedures about installation and tests.
All the compressors repaired by RefPower are covered by 12 months warranty.
Training courses on screw compressors
Training courses are available. They are taught by RefPower technicians and they are
about ordinary maintenance on screw compressors (brand RefComp) for Italian and
foreign services.
The courses also provide an overview about the first warnings on the problematic plants
which can be noticed through the compressor’s analysis.

It is also possible, on a specific request, organising advanced courses about the

extraordinary maintenance on the screw compressors.
