Lesson Topic: Jobs & Stereotypes

Homework:
Students were sent a text about prominent people with a vocabulary as homework.
(Handout A). They should read it and based on the text they will be able to
answer the attached questions and make presentation.

jobs and gender, complete a learning apps task and create a poster on MS Word
about this topic using Conditional-2 sentences.

Civics: Asks students to define stereotypes, to distinguish facts from

stereotypes,
 ICT: Show slide show with photos of jobs, instructs students to log onto
learning apps and do quiz, create a poster on MS Word about this topic

English: Asks students to think about gender and jobs, use Conditional-2
sentences

Assessment: Giving positive feedback during the lesson. The assessment is the last
activity in which students demonstrate that they have been able to achieve the set

Main Objective: Students will be able to distinguish facts from stereotypes about

Activity 3: ICT teacher asks students to go to 7 min categorize

finishing the task they go back to the
main channel and each student
makes a presentation on each
sentence given in the table and
speaks with arguments if it is a fact
or a stereotype. ICT teacher shows
them a sample of how to do the
