for 195 pesos per kilo for the celebration of her grandchild’s birthday.

 We purchase 12 pieces broiler worth 45 pesos each. I raised 6 pieces and Aijunful Tabay
also raised his 6 pieces broiler

The one who purchase our dressed chicken is Mrs. Juvy Lipasana who has an eatery
namely SLP Highway Carinderia. She purchases 8 pieces of dressed chicken for 170
pesos per kilo.

OKRA

TINANGKONG AND ALUGBATI

We plant okra, camote tops and alugbati because these plants will grow in 1-2 months and
probably we can harvest them. Okra is a nutritious food with many health benefits. It's rich in
magnesium, folate, fiber, antioxidants, and vitamin C, K1, and A. Okra may benefit pregnant
women, heart health, and blood sugar control. It may even have anticancer properties.Camote
tops' vitamins and minerals help in boosting one's immune system to prevent the body from
disease-causing bacterias. Alugbati is ready for harvest at 30-45 days after planting. Plants
harvested either once or repeatedly by priming.The plant is a rich source of soluble fiber, which
helps digestion. It is rich in Saponins that act as phytochemicals, which can fight off cancer. The
red variety of alugbati is a good source of xanthones, an antioxidant.

In chicken (broiler) we have total sales of 3,654 pesos and we have expenses worth of 1,763
pesos for the chicken (broiler), feeds, vitracin and pidro. And we have a profit of 1,891 pesos for
the chicken. In our vegetables, we have total sales of 160 pesos. The buyers of our vegetables are
our neighbors only. Our total sales for the chicken and vegetables are 3,814 pesos but since we
have total expenses of 1,763 pesos, the total profit is only 2,051 pesos only.
