RELEASE AND QUIT CLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

Marketing Consulting, and its Owners/Stockholders, Directors, and Officers, its successors-in-interest and assigns, and all
parties at interest herein, whether named or not named, from any and all claims, demands debts, dues, liens, action or causes
of action at law or in equity arising from and under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, related to or concerning,
whether directly or indirectly, proximately or remotely without being limited to, the employment of the aforesaid individuals in
the said company.

This instrument is a general release forwarded to release all liabilities, of any character and/or claims or damages
and/or lesses and/or any other liability whatsoever, whether full-time, contractual or project based at a law or any equity, now
or henceforth in any way related to or occurring as a consequence of the employment of said individual with the said company,
including but not limited to all damages and or losses considering of loss of support, loss of earning capacity, loss of all benefits
of whatsoever nature incurred, physical and suffering and/or all damages and/or indemnities claimable in law, contract,
common law and/or equity by us or our heirs successors-in-interest and assigns, pursuant to the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines.

I hereby certify that I am of legal age and that I fully understand this instrument and I agree that this is a FULL and
FINAL RELEASE AND DISCHARGE of all parties and things referred to herein, intended to relinquish and forever discharge all
claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from or in connection with the employment of the said individual with the
said company.

I further solemnly state and affirm that this Release is not being made of any persuasive statement or representation
by anyone whomsoever and for any reason.
