Serviced and managed account with the NYC Office of Payroll
Applications that developed and implemented a web-based payroll application for all of the
agencies of the City of NY.
• Placed over 65 consultants, resulting in over $20m of revenue for the organization.
• Responsible for developing relationships with 7 hiring managers on the project in several
departments (Development, Implementation, QA) and met often to understand
objectives, requirements and needs.
• Filled 60+ positions (QA, QTP, BAs, PMs, designers) as a result of the cultivation of
relationships with key hiring managers.
• Responsible for coordinating interviews, hiring, compensation, benefits, firing, time
sheets.
• Responsible for partner co-branding, sales support and account management for 8
international accounts including Lycos, Looksmart, and Belkin.
• Created marketing materials and managed product availability for web-based
multimedia search application start-up resulting in new bundles and partnerships that
led to the distribution of the program to over 50 million potential subscribers.
• Hired and managed website, trade show content and copy writers, developers,
designers, vendors, sub-contractors.
• Managed and presented at major US trade shows such as Internet World.
