INDIVIDUAL SET MENU

Our minimum revenue is at IDR 302.500.000 NET


Special rate at IDR 138,000,000 NET
For 100 persons
At one section of Pullman Ballroom

Additional set-menu is at IDR 1.100.000++ per person

Prior to the Wedding Day


 An exclusively prepared Food Tasting catered for 6 persons with selected menu assisted by the Executive Chef
Food Tasting are limited for family (B&G and parents) with maximum 6 persons inside the function. Set menu will be presented individually.
 A Co-ordination meeting inclusive snack and refreshment for up to 10 persons
Technical Meeting can be done virtually as an alternative, should it be done at Hotel, refreshments for client and vendors will be provided in
snack boxes.

Accommodation offer on the Wedding Day


 A two-night stay in our Bridal Suite for the Bride and Groom with complimentary welcome signature amenities and a
bottle of champagne, inclusive of Breakfast In Room service for two
 A one-night stay in 2 Deluxe rooms inclusive Breakfast In Room service for 2 persons per room
Breakfast to be delivered personally to each room for a more convenient dining experience, selections of breakfast menu will be later shared
 Special room rate will be provided for any additional rooms required

Exquisite Set Menu selections prepared by our Executive Chef for 100 persons
• Selections of cuisines are available (Chinese, Fusion, Western and Indonesian) to suit each preference
• Set menu to be plated and served individually by trained server following ALLSAFE protocol
• Each table will consist of 6 persons per table – 3 couples
• Maximum table per section ballroom is at 26 tables (With aisle decoration and carpet)

• Mineral water bottle and packaged juice or individual pouring tea will be available for beverage choices
• One function room for welcoming the family inclusive of snack & refreshment for 20 persons
Tea Pai Ceremony with maximum 20 persons in the function, refreshments will be provided in snack boxes

Limited numbers of guests allowed inside the room
• One champagne pyramid with 2 bottles of sparkling cider for pouring session
