Rules & Regulations 1. Deliver a prepared speech on a topic of
your choice for 4 to 6 minutes. 2. The performance should be recorded and saved in MP4 / 3GP / AVI / MOV / WMV format. 3. The prepared text must be typed using Times New Roman or Arial font, size 12, spacing 1.5 and submitted in pdf file.
