Directions: Look for three of any government website or desktop application. Examine
these platforms thoroughly and answer the following evaluation questions.  Compute the
average weighted mean overall and per criteria. After evaluation, write your comments,
conclusions and recommendations to improve the website/application you chose. Also note
the unique features you were not fond of, as well as the features you appreciate.
