STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Introduction:-
My father was always an inspiration right from my childhood with his strong
work ethic, never-give-up attitude, and strong self-belief. I Kawaljeet Kaur, not
follows the conventional tendency to choose a career, which would help establish
myself within the rigid framework of today’s society, I chose to follow my passion.
I found it impossible to suspend my aspiration to become a successful entrepreneur
in the business sector.
I am entering the most crucial phase in my life; a phase during which I need
to make significant academic decisions that will have a bearing on my future life
and career. After thorough introspection of my strengths and interests I have
concluded that a program that integrates Business Economics, Accountancy
and Business studies is the most appropriate choice for me.

Academics:
I aim to pursue a Diploma in Business Administration that will provide me
knowledge of role of management in our life. Academically, I obtained 78.46% in
my Secondary Education from Guru Amardass Senior Secondary School, Tarn
Taran, in the year 2016.

Looking towards the career growth and my passion I decided to have

Commerce stream in my Senior Secondary Education and my dedication with my
passion paid me off and scored a total of 72.44% in the year 2018 from Guru
Amardass Senior Secondary School.

My zeal to do something different encourages me and I started preparation

of IELTS with the dream of study in Canada. I gave IELTS (Academic) test on 23 rd
March 2019 and score overall 6.0 band with individual band score 6.0 in Listening,
6.0 in Reading, 5.5 in Writing and 6.0 in Speaking.

About Diploma in Business Administration:-

 I am interested in factors that affect the competitive performance of
a business, and the manner in which it affect an organization’s structure, long-
term business strategy, product and development, manufacturing, distribution
network, information needs and standard systems. In order to gain an appreciation
of these and related issues, it is essential for me to have a strong grounding
in business administration, and issues connected with modern business.

Adaptability, creative thinking is now intrinsic to managing businesses. I

have developed these principles and enjoyed the spectrum of commerce studies
that has taught me to approach problems from different business perspectives.
Throughout Business Studies, to complement what has been taught I have
researched real-life business solutions and how they have been implemented, such
as the responsive marketing used by multinational Companies like Coca Cola to
prolong their business cycle and sustain major profitability.

Studying Diploma in Business Administration will enable me to examine

how to communicate effectively, how to see and provide for needs in the market,
and how to find and pursue opportunities. Moreover the coursework will develop
my skills in collecting and analyzing data in order to establish trends and draw
conclusions. 

Future Prospects:

Business has become one of the most important aspects of our life and from
my perspective it has more influence on our world than any other disciplines.
Business is what I want to do study to degree level because I am naturally
passionate about it. For some people working in business is just a substance of
money, for me it is a matter of passion, desire and drive to succeed. The way
business is controlled and organized motivates me to learn more and more about it.

Business management in the academic world and the implementation of

business in practice are different aspects of contextual understanding. I strongly
believe that such a course will satisfy this need of mine and at the same time
develop it and make it better as well. With the appropriate studies I believe that I
am capable of becoming a very successful Entrepreneur.

 As far as education is concerned, after careful research and consideration I
chose to attend the Business Administration Diploma from Access Business
College. As this college is a unique in terms of the skills, abilities and
opportunities for further development that it offers. Moreover I will have the
chance to study in depth subjects from all business related fields. Having so
different classes will help me to be more open-minded and will able me to
understand better the latest news, discoveries. Studying from Access Business
College will help me in gaining the skills and abilities to manage my time,
priorities and will. I will be able to cope well with deadlines. I will also have the
chance to conduct research when needed for my assignments.

I think I justified my reasons for all above and the remaining I can do is
