The school is busy and loud. A few people make their way
towards class including Emma but with the pile of books its
quite difficult to see. She walks further before her books
are knocked out of her hand by Chloe and her group.
She sighs at their antics before picking up the books and
walking away.
EMMA (VO)
Sixth form the life of the party, right?
No. Sometimes I look at all these people
I’ve known since primary and wonder what
happened

A guy with Glasses bumps into someone

RANDOM GUY
Move it nerd
The guy is shoved away and his shoulder brushes a girl. She
glared at him and dusts off her shoulder

The nerd is shoved into a girl who immediately pushes him

away
RANDOM GIRL
Move it pervert

Emma walks past the scene and continues on her way to class

 EMMA (VO)
Making new friends finding where you
belong. Finding what your meant to do in
life...lies

Several bloody hands appear and grab onto her hand

VOICE 1 (VO)
There all fake
Another hand pulls her shoulder forcing her to turn around
but when she looks no one is there
VOICE 2 (VO)
You’ll never belong
A figure passes behind her but when she turns it’s already
gone
VOICE 1 (VO)
You’ll die in the end so what’s the point
EMMA
Enough!
Emma runs around the corner and crouches but when she looks
up, she there is the illusion that everyone is looking at
her she closes her eyes and opens them again to find
everything normal. She gets up and starts to walk to class
and as she passes, we see the inner depression of people.
RANDOM BOY
Why do they hate me?
A dark figure follows the boy smiling at his despair
DEPRESSION
Fighting back is pointless
A girl lies on the floor while a group of girls surround her

 DEPRESSION
You'll never get his love
A boy dumps a pink letter and walk away
DEPRESSION
Your too weak to be free
The dark figure approaches a girl who sitting with her
friend while another grabs her shoulder and hands her a blue
liquid in a cup
DARK VOICE
What's the point in living?
EMMA
Shut up!
All the dark figures stop what they're doing and Emma slowly
backs away
DARK VOICE (VO)
All it takes is one more push
All the dark figures turn towards Emma smiling
BOTH DARK VOICES
And you break!

Emma!
Emma gasp and looks around to find that she’s in her
classroom and everyone is looking at her. She looks down
embarrassed and apologies to the teacher
TEACHER
Emma, please pay attention next time ok

EMMA
Sorry miss

The class chuckles at her making Emma look down at the
ground and continue her work.

Through the class the teacher explains the basics a student

throws something at her which catches the attention of
another student.
He waits until the teachers leaves and watches as the girl
that threw the paper goes up to Emma
CHLOE
Aw why did you take the paper out it was a
good accessory

Chloeo and her group laugh

MAX
Then maybe you should wear it yourself
miss Barbie
Chloe and her group turn towards max and glare

CHLEO
What did you say?
Chloe standing up and slowly makes her way towards Max
MAX
You heard what I said or are you deaf as
well

CHLOE
Why you son of a-

Chloe raises her hand to smack Max but just as she does the
teacher walks in and grabs her

 TEACHER
Isolation. Now!
Chloe snatches her hand away and walks out the door while
Max gets up and walks to Emma
MAX
Hi I’m Max and you are?
EMMA
Ugh Emma. Thanks
MAX
No problem. Anyway, we only have 5 minutes
left want to get lunch together
EMMA

Sure

Emma and Max make they’re towards the cafeteria and sit at
an empty table away from the crowd as they sit someone
knocks Max and for a brief moment several depressions
surround him.
