Subject: Permission for arranging an entertainment event.

Dear Sir,

This is a humble request for permission to hold an entertainment event in the university. The event is A
Gaming Competition that will involve some guests who are not members of the university. This event will
rejoice and revive the minds of our students after a very intense Mid-Term Examination.

The Plan-It Society has put all the arrangements in place and that includes the guests we intend to invite and
the date of the event which is 14/June/2021, should you give us a go ahead about this event. These guests
include musicians, gaming technicians, and a few Pakistani Gamers as jsudges like Arsalan Ash etc.

In this event, the students of our department will participate int the following games:

 FIFA 21

 Counter-Strike Global Offence

 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

 Valorant

You will also be cordially invited to hand out the prizes to the winners. We are looking forward for your
permission on this, so that we can go ahead with the rest of the plans. We will highly appreciate if you allow
this event to take place in the university at Auditorium 03.
