then exchange the O-rings for that mechanical valve.

Cleaning the Inside of a Nozzle
For Advanced Nozzle / Head Maintenance, clean it when instructed by the host computer.
Inspect the diameter of the nozzle before using a nozzle cleaning drill.
Advanced Nozzle / Head Maintenance is a function of Nexim or Fujitrax. Use a drill diameter which is compatible with the nozzle to avoid damage.
Refer to "Cleaning the nozzles" in "5. Preventive maintenance" of
the NXT III Mechanical Reference for details.
Clean a nozzle
In order to clean φ1.0 nozzles for H01/H02(F) heads it is necessary to
disassemble the nozzle.
Refer to "Cleaning the nozzles" in "5. Preventive maintenance" of
the NXT III Mechanical Reference for details.

If the 2D code on the surface of the nozzle flange is laser etched, it is


possible to clean the nozzles using an ultrasonic cleaning machine.
A dedicated jig is required to clean nozzles for the H12L head with the
ultrasonic cleaning machine.
