s
1 The cost estimated is also the major constraint in the

within this estimated budget. If in case the budget
increases, then you have to minimize the resources
used to maintain this budget.

2 We need to fulfill the technical characteristics: open

3 Frontend and backend construction workers should
work around 80% of the agreed business hours.

4 The project manager should give his maximum time

during the implementation procedure.

5. Project Risk Management

5.1 Risk Management Plan:

Project risk management plan is a document developed under the supervision of

Project Manager and team members to identify potential risks, estimate the impact,
document them and analyze to obtain proper responses. This plan will maximize the
positive impact and mitigate negative ones.
These are the following steps to create project risk management plan:

 Identification of potential risks and documenting them

 Evaluating consequences and impact of each risk
 Preventative strategies
 Creating contingency plan (if things go really bad)
 Measuring risk threshold
 Continue to monitor and report on each risk

5.2 Methodology:

It is the strategy to manage areas of risk. Risk is identified during the planning phase of
a project to lay the foundation for success. Risk assessments are used to analyze risks
by highlighting common areas of risk with the aim to control those risks.
For risk documentation, risk registers would be used. Project manager, Sponsor and
team members will participate to identify the risks.

5.2.1. Risk Categories

Risk Category

External Risks Market risk, Government related risks

Internal Risks Cost and quality related

Technical Risks Not specified open spaces

User Risks Customer satisfaction related risks

5.2.2. Risk management funding:

Funding will be provided by sponsors, reserves would develop for known and
unknown risks

Reserves would not be allocated for all risks but for those risks with probability

5.2.3. Contingency protocols:

It is an alternative plan to be used when a risk event occurs. It involves actions that
helps to reduce the negative impact of risk.

 Identify and prioritize resources

 Identify key risk
 Draft a contingency plan
 Share the plan
 Revisit the plan

6. Close Up:

After the completion of project, post production activities would define the key learning
in order to plan the next steps. Analyzing results to the minor level and taking prompt
actions would be needed. Project manager is required to check all the areas that project
has been covered. He will check the open and closed areas that are required for this
entertaining sports park for kids (3-10 years of age) in the open area of Gava beach as
