Ultrasonic Water Bath Problem Checking Method

1. Make sure that the water should be put inside, the volume should be put 2/3 of the
tank.
2. Switch on the unit and keep the temp light 'ON', the ultrasonic 'OFF' for 30 min
check the water condition in the tank, better to take a clear video for the water
condition in the tank, check if there is any bubbles will generate.

If there is no bubbles means that the heater not working.

3. Keep both light 'ON' for 30min, and take a video for the water condition in the
tank,

4.If the actual temperature not going up or the ultrasonic not on, then you need to
open the cover from the bottom,

5. After open the cover, check the boards condition carefully, check if there is any
burned position, if there is burned position the board need to be replaced.
Check the position voltage at ‘Power supply’ and ‘Supply to another board’, If there
is voltage 220 at power supply but no voltage supply to another board ,means the
board damaged, it need to be replaced.

6. Check each tranducer if any one loosen, if you found anyone loosen, you can use
the A&B Glue to fix it.

7. If the temperature not going up, first check follow the step 2 if there is any bubbles
during the heating, if there is no bubbles, then check the heating plate condition, if
there is any black condition on that, the heater need to be replaced.
And also test the voltage of heater refer to the diagram of steps 5.
