Our experience during the project development was very successful. From the beginning we had clear that in
order to be great entrepreneurs we had to carry every single objective with excellence, since the first time.
Entrepreneurs are passionate and visionary, for this reason, they do not focus on achieving perfection, but on
achieving constancy and do better every day. As the Production Department, we achieved providing an
excellent customer service and gaining our customers´ hearts, as long as our company grew. Since customers
were the pillars of the company, we took advantage of it and learned to think as entrepreneurs and not as
employees.

An excellent company is characterized by being innovative, efficient, creative, and inspire a positive corporate
environment. From the beginning we knew we had to take risks, and without organization and teamwork we
could not have achieved our objectives. Like entrepreneurs we had to be able to adapt to changes and solve
problems as they arose. Thus, our capacity of being flexible led us to be receptive to other people´s needs,
opinions, and be open-minded to feedback from our customers.

During the project development, we achieved great objectives, however, it was not easy. We faced several
limitations during the process. As our company depended on internet and electricity services, and electronic
devices, some of the challenges we faced were the moments in which any of the services failed. But, efficiency
in our company and teamwork helped us to keep going and do not stop.

Finally, the Labor@ program marked a big learning in our lives, this project taught us to be excellent
collaborators. It also helped us improving our commitment and encouraging ourselves to do better every day.
As Labor@ also taught us the main tools needed to start an enterprise, nowadays we can contribute to society
by helping to grow the market, as we can promote economy to our country.
