

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

 Review designs/drawing details, scope of work, specifications and work procedure prior to
the start of the project.
 Supervision on all mechanical works and construction of Primary Reformer, firebricks
insulation, piping works, Static and rotating equipment erection.
 Preparation/coordination of Permit-to-Work documents prior to daily work.
 Conduct/coordinate Inspection on installation of rotating, static equipment, Mechanical
structure erection/installation, piping installation. Monitoring and coordination with main

 contractor Hyundai and Snamprogetti personnel’s pertaining to modification and
discrepancy works.
 Ensure that all operation concerning fabrication, welding, installation/erection and all
mechanical installation are carried out in strict compliance of HSE procedure and in
accordance with written or agreed specifications and standard of QAFCO- Qatar.
 Ensuring that potential safety issues are considered at all stages.

 Responsible in the implementation and direct control of all site activities ensuring that all
work is performed in accordance to approved method statement and project technical scope
description.
 Well Reviewed in piping isometrics drawings & Engineering Drawings.
 Completion of Punch list.
 Performing Hydro Test.
 Performing Hot Tapping Process.
 Performing of pipeline & Process equipment.
