KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

referred to as the FIRST PARTY;

referred to as the SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH:

The FIRST PARTY is the lawful owner of a certain motor vehicle described as follows

The FIRST PARTY offered to sell and the SECOND PARTY is willing to buy the above-
described motor vehicle under the following terms and conditions, to wit:

The SECOND PARTY undertakes to assume the four (4) months balance for the full payment of
the above-described motor vehicle to ________________________ ;

The FIRST PARTY shall hand and turn over the Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration
upon payment of the SECOND PARTY;

The parties undertake to faithfully comply with the above conditions.
