AFFIDAVIT OF INHERITANCE

I, FRANCIS KAHAYON LAYAG, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of No. 68
Baco St., Bgy. Sta. Teresita, Quezon City after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
law, depose and say That:

1. I am the surviving legal heir of the late Pilar Kahayon Layag who died intestate on
November 7, 2012 in Quezon City;

2. My deceased mother owned one-half of the property at 68 Baco St., containing an area of
240 square meters;

3. Being the legal heir I am administering the said property and handles all the bills for
utilities ;

4. As a partner of Y3 Transport Logistics Services I let one office space for use of the
business as my share ;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing for purposes of
business registration;
