The following measures should be taken at the workplace with the intervention of
human resources department: மனிதவளத் துறையின் தலையீட்டின் பெயரில்
பணியிடத்தில் பின்வரும் நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்கப்பட வேண்டும்:

Female employees should be provided job jointly or in a group. பெண்

ஊழியர்களுக்கு கூட்டாக அல்லது ஒரு குழுவில் வேலை வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

Every vehicle transporting women employees to be issued special pass . பெண்

ஊழியர்களைக் கொண்டு செல்லும் ஒவ்வொரு வாகனத்திற்கும் சிறப்பு பாஸ்

வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

Every company should provide a security guard with the vehicle for women
employee. ஒவ்வொரு நிறுவனமும் பெண் ஊழியர்களுக்கான வாகனத்துடன் ஒரு
பாதுகாப்பு காவலரை வழங்க வேண்டும்.

Security guard or a colleague to accompany the driver in the cab, if a woman staff working in a

night shift is either the first to be picked or last to be dropped will act as a custodian of the

employees. பாதுகாப்புப் பணியாளர் அல்லது வண்டியில் ஓட்டுநருடன் ஒரு சக

ஊழியர், இரவு ஷிப்டில் பணிபுரியும் ஒரு பெண் ஊழியர் அதாவது முதலில்

ஏறுபவர்கள் அல்லது கடைசியில் இறங்குபவர்கள் அதாவது சக பெண்களுக்கு

பாதுகாப்பு காவலராக இருப்பார்கள்.

Separate Committee for monitoring the night shift women employees in the factory to be
established. The names of the members will be displayed prominently in the company
premises. Meeting should be conducted and the minutes to be recorded. The frequency of
meeting are on monthly basis. தொழிற்சாலையில் இரவு ஷிப்ட் பெண் ஊழியர்களை
கண்காணிக்க தனி குழு நிறுவப்பட உள்ளது. உறுப்பினர்களின் பெயர்கள்

நிறுவனத்தின் வளாகத்தில் பார்வை படும் இடத்தில் வைக்க வேண்டும். கூட்டம்

நடத்தப்பட வேண்டும் மற்றும் பதிவு செய்யப்பட வேண்டிய சாராம்சங்கள் மாதாந்திர

அடிப்படையில் இருக்கும்.

During Night shift, operating vehicles details such as driver name, vehicle No,
Driver Home Address and other essential documents and details will be
maintained at HR. இரவு நேரப்பணியின் போது இயக்கப்படும் வாகனத்தின்
பதிவேடுகள் மற்றும் ஓட்டுனரின் வட்டுமுகவரி
ீ ஆதாரம் ஆகியவை முறையே

மனிதவளத்துறையில் மூலம் பராமரிக்கப்படும்.

To ensure the safety of the women employee, who work in night shift, proper
lady securities and lady supervisors will be deputed and they will be on rounds
at regular and frequent interval . பெண்கள் இரவு நேரங்களில் பணிபுரியும் போது
தொழிற்சாலை வளாகத்தை குறிப்பிட்ட கால இடைவெளியில் சுற்றி வர

GPS based monitoring of cabs with panic buttons or keep the mobile number of
the first and last person of the employee who travels in the particular van or
bus to confirm the area of the vehicle travelling. பீதி பொத்தான்கள் கொண்ட
வண்டிகளை ஜி.பி.எஸ் அடிப்படையிலான கண்காணிப்பு முறையில் அமைக்க பட

வேண்டும். அல்லது குறிப்பிட்ட வேன் அல்லது பேருந்தில் பயணிக்கும் ஊழியரின்

முதல் மற்றும் கடைசி நபரின் மொபைல் எண்ணை வைத்திருங்கள். அதன் மூலம் ,

அந்த வண்டி எங்கே செல்கிறது என்பதை அறிந்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.

SMS alerts or information systems to be installed. எஸ்எம்எஸ் விழிப்பூட்டல்கள்

அல்லது வேண்டிய தகவல் அமைப்புகள் நிறுவப்பட வேண்டும்.

Employers should collect the identification documents from drivers, security

guards and other staff members. நிர்வாகம், அடையாள ஆவணங்களை

24X7 operational CCTV at vital locations or places such as entry/exit, common

passages etc. முக்கிய இடங்களில் அல்லது நுழைவு / வெளியேறுதல், பொதுவான
இடங்கள், இன்ன பிற வழிகள் போன்றவற்றில் 24 X 7 சி.சி.டி.வி. செயல்பாட்டுடன்

இருக்க வேண்டும்.

Installation of electronic doors allowing access to work area only to authorized

employees. அங்கீ கரிக்கப்பட்ட ஊழியர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே பணியிடத்தை அணுக
அனுமதிக்கும் மின்னணு கதவுகளை நிறுவுதல் வேண்டும்.

High security fencing to discourage human trespassing in factory/office

premises/campuses. தொழிற்சாலை / அலுவலக வளாகங்கள் / இதர வளாகங்களில்
மனித மீ றல்களை கட்டுப்படுத்த உயர் பாதுகாப்பு வேலி அமைக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

Separate and secure toilets for women close to their work station. பணி புரியும்

இடத்தில்தனியான மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பான கழிப்பறை வசதிகள் பெண்களுக்கு என்று

பிரத்யேகமாக இருக்குமாறு பார்த்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

Compliance and audits, random checks to be done periodically including

breathe analysis of cab drivers. இணக்கம் மற்றும் தணிக்கைகள், வண்டி

அவ்வப்போது சீரான இடைவெளியில் ஆய்வு செய்ய வேண்டும்.

Training of women staff on staying alert and better prepared. விழிப்புடன்

இருக்கவும், முன் எச்சரிக்கையுடன் இருக்கவும் பெண் ஊழியர்களுக்கு பயிற்சி

அளிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.Self-defense classes to be organized at the workplace or

sponsored by the organization. தற்காப்பு வகுப்புகள் பணியிடத்தில் ஏற்பாடு

செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.

Setting up of a sexual harassment committee reporting to the managing

director or a senior member of the management and headed by a woman.
பாலியல் துன்புறுத்தல் குழு அமைத்தல், நிர்வாக இயக்குனர் அல்லது நிர்வாகத்தின்

மூத்த உறுப்பினருக்கு அறிக்கை அளித்தல் போன்றவை ஒரு பெண் தலைமையில்

இருக்குமாறு பார்த்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

Proper and separate rest room to be provided to the women employees

who work in night shift. The same should be equipped with proper
lighting and fan. இரவு ஷிப்டில் பணிபுரியும் பெண் ஊழியர்களுக்கு
முறையான மற்றும் தனி ஓய்வு அறை வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும். அங்கு
சரியான விளக்குகள் மற்றும் விசிறி பொருத்தப்பட வேண்டும்

available round the clock to be contacted in emergency. அவசரகால தொடர்பு
எண்கள் மற்றும் அவசரகாலத்தில் தொடர்பு கொள்ள நியமிக்கப்பட்ட அதிகாரி (கள்)

தொடர்பு எண்களை ஆலை வளாகத்திலும் மற்றும் அவர்கள் பயணிக்கும்

வாகனத்திலும் பார்வை படும் இடத்தில் வைக்க வேண்டும்.
