The following measures should be taken at the workplace with the intervention of
human resources department: மனிதவளத் துலையின் தறையீட்டின் பெயரில்
பணியிைத்தில் பின்வரும் நைவடிக்லககள் எடுக்கப்பை வவண்டும்:

Female employees should be provided job jointly or in a group. பபண்

ஊழியர்களுக்கு கூட்ைாக அல்ைது ஒரு குழுவில் வவலை வழங்கப்பை வவண்டும்.

Every vehicle transporting women employees to be issued special pass . பபண்

ஊழியர்கலளக் பகாண்டு பெல்லும் ஒவ்பவாரு வாகனத்திற்கும் ெிைப்பு பாஸ்

வழங்கப்பை வவண்டும்.

Every company should provide a security guard with the vehicle for women
employee. ஒவ்பவாரு நிறுவனமும் பபண் ஊழியர்களுக்கான வாகனத்துைன் ஒரு
பாதுகாப்பு காவைலர வழங்க வவண்டும்.

Security guard or a colleague to accompany the driver in the cab, if a woman

staff working in a night shift is either the first to be picked or last to be
dropped will act as a custodian of the employees. பாதுகாப்புப் பணியாளர் அல்ைது
வண்டியில் ஓட்டுநருைன் ஒரு ெக ஊழியர், இரவு ஷிப்டில் பணிபுரியும் ஒரு பபண்
ஊழியர் அதாவது முதைில் ஏறுெவர்கள் அல்ைது கறைசியில் இைங்குெவர்கள்

அதாவது சக பெண்களுக்கு ொதுகாப்பு காவைராக இருப்ொர்கள்.

Separate Committee for monitoring the night shift women employees in the factory to be
established. The names of the members will be displayed prominently in the company
premises. Meeting should be conducted and the minutes to be recorded. The frequency of
meeting are on monthly basis. பதாழிற்ொலையில் இரவு ஷிப்ட் பபண் ஊழியர்கலள
கண்காணிக்க தனி குழு நிறுவப்பை உள்ளது. உறுப்பினர்களின் பபயர்கள்

நிறுவனத்தின் வளாகத்தில் ொர்றவ ெடும் இைத்தில் றவக்க வவண்டும். கூட்ைம்

நைத்தப்பை வவண்டும் மற்றும் பதிவு பெய்யப்பை வவண்டிய சாராம்சங்கள் மாதாந்திர

அடிப்பலையில் இருக்கும்.

During Night shift, operating vehicles details such as driver name, vehicle No,
Driver Home Address and other essential documents and details will be
maintained at HR. இரவு வேரப்ெணியின் வொது இயக்கப்ெடும் வாகனத்தின்
ெதிவவடுகள் மற்றும் ஓட்டுனரின் வட்டுமுகவரி

To ensure the safety of the women employee, who work in night shift, proper
lady securities and lady supervisors will be deputed and they will be on rounds

passages etc. முக்கிய இைங்களில் அல்ைது நுலழவு / பவளிவயறுதல், பொதுவான
இைங்கள், இன்ன ெிை வழிகள் வபான்ைவற்ைில் 24 X 7 ெி.ெி.டி.வி. பெயல்பாட்டுைன்

Installation of electronic doors allowing access to work area only to authorized

High security fencing to discourage human trespassing in factory/office

மனித மீ ைல்கலள கட்டுப்ெடுத்த உயர் பாதுகாப்பு வவைி அறமக்கப்ெை வவண்டும்.

Separate and secure toilets for women close to their work station. ெணி புரியும்
இைத்தில்தனியான மற்றும் ொதுகாப்ொன கழிப்ெறை வசதிகள் பெண்களுக்கு என்று

ெிரத்வயகமாக இருக்குமாறு ொர்த்து பகாள்ள வவண்டும்.

Compliance and audits, random checks to be done periodically including

sponsored by the organization. தற்காப்பு வகுப்புகள் பணியிைத்தில் ஏற்பாடு

Setting up of a sexual harassment committee reporting to the managing

director or a senior member of the management and headed by a woman.

மூத்த உறுப்பினருக்கு அைிக்லக அளித்தல் வொன்ைறவ ஒரு பபண் தலைலமயில்

Proper and separate rest room to be provided to the women employees who work in night
shift. The same should be equipped with proper lighting and fan. இரவு ஷிப்டில்
